Booking Terms and Conditions
Booking should have confirmed via written email. Advance payment only ensures about the booking confirmation. After receiving the advance amount we will proceed for the hotel booking and the rest of the arrangements.
Payment terms and process
We require and advance payment of INR 5,000/USD 100 per person as advance payment. It can be done through the various choices of payment gateway. Please check below the payment details. The rest of the balance amount can pay also in advance or after arrival in Kathmandu.
The validity of our rates is only for a limited time. The rates are mentioned on our website are valid until SEP 2017, then we will issue a and rate and valid date. Customize and personalize package cost only apply for that package (hotels and itinerary).
Cancelation by the Guest
Bookings are subject to cancel before the certain time period by travel date. Cancellations made before 90 days will apply the 10% surcharge of advance payment. Similarly, 20% charge of advance payment applies for cancellations before 45 days. We will deduct 40% of the advance payment if cancelation is made before 15 days and 60% amount applies for 7 days before cancelation. Within 7 days of arrival no amount will be refunded for any kind of booking cancelation.

Cancelation by Us
We do have all rights to cancel a booking with or without any reason. In that case we will inform our guest via an email. If we cancel the tour we will refund all amounts within 10 working days. But if we cancel the booking it will before 7 days of the arrival.
Changes by Guest
They are able to request for any changes on itinerary, hotels and sightseeings, but all it subject to approve by us. We have the final rights of any kind of changes in our given services.
Changes by Us
We are able to change the itineraries, hotels and sightseeing days with or without any reason. All it depends on the availability of the rooms, vehicles, and the current situation. We will notify guest about any changes via email or a phone call.
Guest are not able to change the hotels after tour confirmation. They only can request to change for the hotels with us. But they can do upgrade the hotels. Hotel changes and up-gradation all it depends on the room availability at the chosen hotel. At the time of change and upgrade surcharges might apply which guest should need to pay. Hotel rooms will be provided as per the mentioned in the quotation.
