Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival
Airport pickup and transfer to Hotel.Short briefing about your tour program. If you are arriving late (after 4PM) then we will have briefing next morning at 9:00AM. If any payment is due, then it will be collected during briefing time.

Day 02: Kathmandu Half Day Sightseeing and drive to Chitwan National Park.
After breakfast half day sightseeing of Swayambhunath and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Drive to Chitwan National Park. Jungle activities. Your Lunch & Dinner is included at Chitwan.

Day 03: Jungle Safari Activities (Full Day)
Full day Jungle activities like Elephant Back Safari, Cultural Tours, Canoe ride, elephant bathing, visit elephant breeding center, Bird watching and Nature walk. Sunset view from river beach also unforgettable moments of your life.

Day 04: After breakfast drive back to Kathmandu / Shopping at Thamel. 
Drive back to Kathmandu. Visit Manakamana Temple en-route.

Day 05: Transfer to Airport
You will be free till your flight time. We will drop you at Airport 3 hour before flight time (30 mins drive).
Optional: Everest Mountain Flight at 06:00 AM

All foreign nationals, except Indians, need visas to enter Nepal. Multiple entry visas for 15 days (US$ 25 or equivalent convertible currency), 30 days (US$ 40) or 90 days (US$ 100) can be obtained from any Nepalese embassy or consulate. You can also get a visa on arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu or at the Immigration Office at the entry points of Nepal.

Tourist visas can be extended for a period of 120 days at the Immigration Department in Kathmandu. However, nationals of the following countries will not get a visa on arrival at the immigration entry points of Nepal: Afghanistan, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Ghana, Iraq, Liberia, Nigeria, Palestine, Somalia, Swaziland and Zimbabwe. They need to obtain visas from Nepalese embassies or diplomatic missions in their respective countries prior to their arrival in Nepal.

Gratis (Free) Visa for 30 days is available only for nationals of South Asian countries like Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Pakistan and Sri Lanka for the first visit in one visa year (January to December). However, a visa fee is required for its extension beyond the 30 days.

Generally, Nepal is for all seasons, however, if you are going to the high Himalayas for trekking, the best months are between September to November and February to May, when the weather is pleasant during the day and the temperatures do not drop rapidly during the night. You can still visit the mid-hills, including Kathmandu, Pokhara, Poon hill and flat area Lumbini and Chitwan during the winter months (January and February). June to August is rainy season in Nepal. The rain is expected every day. It brings landslides and clouds often cover the mountain views. It is the best time to travel in Nepal.

For confirmation of your booking, we need advance payment of USD 100 / INR 5,000 per person. We accept payment through major credit card, i.e. Visa, Master card, PayPal however 4% will be added to the amount as a bank service charge.

You can cancel your trip at any time by paying a cancelation charge. We have a provision to transfer your booking to third person without any charges. If cancellation takes place at the prior to arrival due to client’s personal problems, the advance deposit amount will be forfeited.
