The trek starts from Dhunche, a beautiful place and headquarter of Rasuwa district. A ground ride from Kathmandu to Dhunche is available and generally takes around 6-8 hours. The trek begins at Dhunche and the trail leads to Thulo Syabru at 2260 m above sea level after 5-6 hours of trekking with the spectacular views of Langtang Himal and Ganesh Himal. Thulo Syabru is a beautiful Tamang and Sherpa village, where the culture and traditions they acquire in a rural environment can be seen. The following trail here is a little uphill from Thulo Syabru to Sing Gompa and takes generally around 4-6 hours.

After some activities according to the personal perceptions, from GosainKunda we can get back to Sing Gompa via Lauribinayek. Tsho Rolpa Trek
Tsho Rolpa is one of the most fascinating, spectacular and adventurous trek around remote region of Rolwaling. Tsho Rolpa glacier is situated at the altitude of 4580 m above sea level.
