Nar Phu valley trek starts from Besisahar after 6/7 hrs bus drive from Kathmandu and follow the Annapurna circuit up to Koto. From Koto trek reach to Narphu through Chhacha, Meta and Junum. After visiting hidden Nar Phu valley trek return to Koto through Nar village and Dharmasala. From Koto trek rejoin to Annapurna circuit and reach to Jomsom via Thorung Phedi and Muktinath. Nar Phu Valley is listed in restricted trekking areas of Nepal so special trekking permit should require before the trekking of this region.
