Useful Money and Currency Tips

When traveling from Nepal to Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand, it's essential to consider currency exchange and money management tips to ensure a smooth and efficient trip.

When traveling to these nations, it is advisable to bring some US currency to ensure readiness for initial expenses and unforeseen circumstances. We advise you to carry a minimum of USD 1000 and a maximum of USD 2500 in cash, as this amount can cover expenses such as meals, additional places, and shopping. As having cash on hand is beneficial, especially for small purchases, taxis, and markets, this payment method is common.

By preparing adequately with cash and understanding local currency practices, you can enhance the experience and facilitate smooth transactions throughout your stay in Vietnam.

Best Time to Do This Tour

If you’re planning a combined trip for Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand, then the months of November to March can provide a convenient period to explore these nations.

The 5-month period offers favorable weather conditions ideal for outdoor sightseeing activities from exploring Singapore’s iconic landmarks to Vietnam’s tropical islands and Thailand’s historic sites.

Thailand enters its drier season during this period, leading to low humidity, minimal rainfall, and crystal clear skies. Exploring destinations like Coral Island is perfect during these months as the waters remain cool, making it easier to engage in various water sport activities, while on the other hand, Singapore remains mostly hot and humid almost all year round.

Vietnam goes through various weather conditions, as it consists of different regions, but November to February can still offer pleasant weather conditions, allowing travelers to enjoy a number of sightseeing activities.
